Penthouse Renovation and Addition

The project is an addition and gut renovation of a six-bedroom apartment located in Jerusalem. The design is inspired by the city’s history, culture, textures and materials. From antiquity to modern day, the dominant element of urban architecture in the city is the Jerusalem Limestone. Many important sites have been built using this stone, including the western wall that was built in 19 BCE by Herod the Great. 

As the Job Captain, I worked closely with the project manager, I developed and issued construction documents, coordinated with consultants, and prepared design presentations for the client.
